One thing we are finally gett...You mad Greenie you!<br />One thing we are finally getting better at down here is water use.<br />Water saving shower heads and taps are compulsory in new houses down this way.<br />Here in Oz we also have a sophisticated alternative to bricks in the cistern. I started collecting cloth napkins from thrift shops. I found some gorgeous damask, linen, etc. for pennies and we use those exclusively.
